Checks will be performed on all businesses and groups that wish to maintain a profile page or free listing on this website. This may include checks with Company's House for Limited Companies. Other businesses and groups may be required to provide a letter head or business card and will be required to confirm that they have the authority to add or remove a business or group to or from the village notes website
