There have been 291 recorded house sales during the last THREE years in the period 2005-2008. There have been so many more house sales in Wynyard than in any of the other communities represented on this website, that it was decided to only include details of the last couple of hundred sales.

In this time, house prices have remained more-or-less contant at about £600,000. Additionally, there have been 19 house sales in the first half of 2008 in Wynyard and with up to 3000 extra houses anticipated on Wynyard estate over the next few years, the market will continue to be buoyant.
