Many hundreds of houses have been sold, at prices that have been rising steadily upwards all the time.

The information on this part of the website was collated from information in the Public Domain, which ultimately derives from the UK Land Registry.

The period in question is 2000-2007 (2008 information to be added shortly). Please note Wynyard Data is for a truncated period due to sales of hundreds of new build houses.
